It’s about MORE than theatre! It’s about developing qualities every child needs to succeed! Our programs will offer students of all ages and levels the opportunity to develop their dramatic skills while building self confidence.
Available Courses
Musical Theatre: An exciting course offering instruction in three phases of performance: Acting, Voice & Movement. Students are offered basic vocal training, including breath control and tone production. There is a major emphasis on drama, including improvisation, character development and scene study. Students are also given instruction in creative stage movement and dance. Musical Theatre classes are eligible for a number of performance opportunities including our December Holiday Show & our Spring Musical Revue.
Acting: A technique class designed for students wishing to focus solely on the craft of the actor. A blend of techniques from Stanislovski, Stella Adler, Uta Hagen and Lee Strasberg methods are utilized to create a well rounded program. Acting students will present a spring performance.
Pre-School/Kindergarten: Through a carefully constructed course, your child’s creativity and self-expression will be fostered and developed while learning basic technique in the areas Music, Drama & Dance. Through a series of acting exercises and musical improvisation, children develop awareness skills while building a foundation for future artistic activities.
Production Class: This class is designed to give students an in-depth look at putting on a full scale musical. A class is offered at the junior level and another at the senior level. This class is open to students enrolled in any course of study. Auditions required. 6-8 week course.
