It’s about MORE than theatre! It’s about developing qualities every child needs to succeed! Our programs cater to students of all ages and skill level, affording them the opportunity to build their theatrical skills while discovering their own artistic voice and self confidence.
Musical Theatre is an exciting course which offers instruction in three phases of performance: Acting, Voice & Movement. Students receive professional level training With a major emphasis on drama, including improvisation, role playing, character development and scene study. Students are offered basic vocal training, including breath control and tone production and are instructed in creavtive stage movement and dance. With remarkable performance opportunities, students will grace the stage several times through out the year.

Through a carefully constructed course, your child’s creativity and self-expression will be fostered and developed while learning basic technique in the areas Music, Drama & Dance. Through a series of acting exercises and musical improvisation, children develop awareness skills while building a foundation for future artistic activities. Pre-School classes perform in our annual Holiday Show and our year end Musical Theatre Revue.

Student’s will be introduced to script work in addition to improvisation and scene study. Vocal instruction will include accuracy of pitch and vocal placement in addition to music appreciation. Choreography in this division is focused on integrating the vocal element with movement while working toward plot progression. Students in the children’s division will perform in our annual Holiday Show and our year end Musical Theatre Revue.

The intermediate Division is progressive in respect to character development, script analysis, choreography and advanced singing. Students in this division will experience a multifaceted theatre experience. Students will perform in our annual Holiday Show and will perform extended material in our year end Musical Theatre Revue.
The teen division encompasses all facets of musical theatre while allowing students of all levels to work toward reaching their potential. Students work in depth at scene study, choreography and voice. Designed to benefit students of all levels, this division also serves as a solid foundation for those wishing to extend their training to a more advanced level.
The Capachione Conservatory program offers committed and gifted students an opportunity to train under the same guidelines used in renowned college and university programs. This multidisciplinary and rigorous program is designed to maximize potential insuring that students have the discipline, skills and courage to compete in a competitive arena. Conservatory students must maintain a 90% attendance record. Faculty recommendation required for acceptance.
